How to join, and how we play.

Everything for your first night on our world: where to find us, the house rules and answers to the questions everyone asks.

Join in six steps

  1. 1

    Get the game

    Install Dune: Awakening on Steam. Joining our community costs nothing extra.

  2. 2

    Pick the region

    In the world selection, choose the Europe region.

  3. 3

    Find our world

    Search for the world name below and select it.

  4. 4

    Choose our sietch

    Pick the sietch listed below, so you end up in the same Hagga Basin as the rest of us.

  5. 5

    Create your character

    Choose any starting trainer. Not sure? The Swordmaster guide is a good start, and you can learn from other trainers later.

  6. 6

    Say hi on Discord

    Post your in-game name in #welcome. We'll give you the member role and invite you to the next group night.

House rules

Short on purpose. Our mods play the game too and would rather be in the desert than handling tickets.

    Respect everyone. No harassment, hate or discrimination, in-game or on Discord.

  2. 02

    Don't grief. Leave other members' bases, vehicles and storage alone.

  3. 03

    Deep Desert: we don't attack each other at a harvester. Other players are fair game.

  4. 04

    No cheats or exploits. Found a bug? Report it on Discord instead of abusing it.

  5. 05

    Keep chat in Dutch or English, so everyone can follow along.

  6. 06

    Mods have the final say. Disagree? Talk to us calmly on Discord.

Frequently asked

Does it cost anything?

You need the game itself. Everything else, including events, guides and help, is free. We don't sell anything.

Is it PvP?

The Hagga Basin is mostly PvE, so you can build and explore in peace. The Deep Desert has PvP zones. That's where the big spice fields are, and where we go as a group.

I don't speak Dutch. Can I join?

Yes. Most of us speak both, and the site and Discord work in English too.

Do I have to use Discord?

Not required, but recommended. Groups for events and spice runs are formed there.

I'm completely new. Where do I start?

Read the starter base guide and come to starter night on Tuesday. Someone will walk you through it.
